If you subscribe, join our “Massage Matters” community or register for a Plan on the SPS site,

Search for a product, place an order on our site, participate in any promotion, survey or course

 we will collect information about you including your name, surname, contact number and email address. You may also give information including financial, credit card, personal description and photograph.

  • allow you to log in to your account, once it has been created

  • administer access to your account and ensure its security

  • Provide the subscription or service requested

If you are not a SPS graduate, Massage Matters community colleague or current student

  • engage with us on our social media platforms

  • access the SPS office or business premises at any of our sites (CCTV)

  • join and/or renew a subscription using our website, or fill in any forms

If you apply for a job with us we collect your name, address, email address phone numbers, employment history, qualifications/education.

We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that we transfer to your computer to help the website identify you.

The SPS website uses cookies to:

Terms of sale

This statement sets out the conditions relating to the sale of services and goods by us to you through the website.

Purchasing goods

Instructions on how to purchase services and goods is displayed on the relevant pages of our website.Your order is only accepted once we have taken payment from you whether directly or via payment processes indicated on the website.

All course deposits are none refundable (however, at the discretion of SPS may be transferred to another course/date). No certification will be issued unless all payments are received as indicated on application and / or acceptance of instalment instructions prior to any examination process.

Courses when paid in full are none refundable (however, at the discretion of SPS may be transferrable to another course/date)

We will acknowledge by email your order and inform you by email of any goods you order being unavailable.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Sale at any time.  You will be subject to the Terms of Sale at the time you place your order with us.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling, and good are sold under UK law.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

If you are placed in the UK we will endeavour to get your order to you within 7-10 working days from receipt of your order. If you are based outside of the UK delivery may take longer.  If you require any further information beyond that supplied on the relevant page please contact us.

If you are based outside of the UK, you will be responsible for paying all customs and import duties that may apply to the goods.

UK only - Statutory Cancellation rights and returns

If you live in the UK or another EU country, you have the right to cancel your order (goods only) after you have received and inspected the item.  NB “inspect” means examine, and does not permit you to use the item.  No statutory cancellation rights apply to goods made specifically to your requirements or measurements.

Please note you are under a legal duty to take care of the goods, and this includes all packaging and labelling. Care must be taken to ensure return of the goods in the best possible condition.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to deliver for an event outside of our control.
