About

Stella is the visionary and creator of StellaR Performance. Stella has a passion for fitness, health, beauty & wellbeing. 

Stella was a Welsh Swimmer who throughout high school trained in the pool ten times a week, hit the gym, did endless hours of injury prevention within her own ‘physio bespoke’ program. As well as competing most weekends. Attention to detail and discipline started at a young age. 

After attaining her Sports Massage Diploma straight out of high school in 2007 she moved to Australia in 2009 in search of a better training set up (& warmer weather!) Stella qualified as a ‘learn to swim teacher’ along side her swim training and working in events. 

Part of Stella’s new training schedule was Reformer Pilates. An instant love was found. 

Changing sports in 2012 after health issues and moving back to Wales, Stella turned her hand to Modern Pentathlon. She did a few internationals and domestic events. 

In 2014 she qualified for The Commonwealth Fencing Championships in Shooting and Fencing for Wales. Winning a silver medal in the Women’s 22 Pistol Pairs. 

In 2018 Stella qualified for The Commonwealth Fencing Championships in Australia making history with her three team mates in becoming the first Welsh Women’s Epee team to ever win a medal. After a play off, Wales won Bronze. 

Stella is still a competitive athlete and aims to bring you her best performance with the vast knowledge and experience to provide you with the best care possible. 

“As an athlete I always wanted somewhere I could go to workout, receive physiotherapy and access recovery treatments and also get pampered. I love a facial! Plus it’s good skincare hygiene and self care. When you can’t find what you want, you envisage it, you gain a few degrees, qualifications and knowledge,  you create it and you build it.
