Change to Law -

Changes to the law and rules of the Financial Services Agency (FSA), mean that insurance provisions previously only available through professional organisations, must now be made available direct to the individual.  For the practitioner, this means that it is no longer necessary to be a member of a professional body in order to access full professional indemity and public liability insurance.  SPS Ltd has negotiated with LFC Graybrook, with the result that SPS graduates are able to access professional indemnity insurance direct with the underwriters.
